Payment is required for all consultations and services.
Clients may choose to pay upfront at the time of booking, or
If payment is not made upfront, an invoice will be issued following the consultation
All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the consultation being completed.
Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in:
Delay or withholding of prescriptions, resources, or follow-up care
Requirement for upfront payment for future appointments
Refunds and Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a refund
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee or be non-refundable
Digital products or downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed, unless required by law
