Meet Lilly Starr
I’m Lilly, a degree-qualified naturopath and the founder of Starr Naturopathy.
My work is grounded in the belief that the body is responsive, not broken, and that symptoms are meaningful signals asking for understanding, not suppression.
Starr Naturopathy was created as a place to come home to yourself. A space where care is personal, gentle, and steady, and where mind, body, and heart are supported together. Healing here isn’t rushed or one-size-fits-all, it unfolds through understanding the rhythms of your body and working with them over time.

How this work began
Like many women, I found my way to naturopathy during a period where my own health felt unsettled. I experienced what it’s like to live with symptoms that don’t neatly fit into boxes, hormonal shifts, digestive discomfort, nervous system strain and to feel the frustration of managing symptoms without truly understanding them.
Through naturopathic care, I learned that lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes or control, but from steady, sustainable support. From listening to the body, nourishing it properly, and allowing regulation to return over time. That experience shaped not only my health, but how I now care for others.
It taught me patience, curiosity, and deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
My role is to help you build this kind of freedom in your body.
Support that evolves as your body does.
imagine
Living more in tune with your body and its rhythms.
Feeling calmer and clearer in yourself.
Eating, resting, and moving without constant worry about symptoms flaring.
Feeling heard, supported, and guided, rather than rushed or dismissed.
That’s the kind of care Starr Naturopathy exists to offer.
If you’re ready to understand your body more deeply and feel supported along the way, you’re warmly invited to book a consultation.
